Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
Department Advisory Board (DAB):
We have constituted the Department Advisory Board (DAB) for the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science department to get constructive feedback on the relevancy and quality of all the academic activities of the department. DAB consists of representatives from industry, academics, R &D and SAKEC stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities of DAB :
- Establish Vision, Mission, PEOs, and PSO’s of the department
- Suggest recommendations for modifications to technology focus, assessment methods and research areas.
- Enhance industry-institute interactions to bridge up curriculum/industry gap
- Provide guidance on measures to enhance student employability, entrepreneurship development, and collaborative research work.
- Identification and implementation of best practice standards for the department that will aid in the process of accreditation like NBA, NAAC, etc.
