The event on Patent and Design filing process was conducted on 22nd August 2023 at 3.00PM. The speaker was Dr. Waman Dhumane Hon. Course Director in MNLU Mumbai. He has 22 years of experience in patent and designs also had also worked in Patent office Govt. Of India, as controller of Patent and designed. Dr. Dhumane started the seminar by introducing the various property rights and its areas. Then he explained the patents, trademarks and copyrights using various examples. After patent he explained in detail about design, classification of industrial design and process of application for design.
