An event on “Copyright Filing in India” was organized by Students and Faculty members of SAKEC- IPRC. This event was to give guidance to second year students about Copyright. Ms. Gauri Chavan who is a faculty member of SAKEC IPR Cell explained about the different IPs in India and importance of intellectual property. She explained the different categories of copyrights, various copyright forms, fees of copyright filing. She also explained the procedure of copyright filing in detail. She explained various formats of various documents i.e. institute NOC, individual NOC that are needed to be submitted while filing copyright applications.
